Dave Fields is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a passion for delivering compassionate care to individuals navigating the complexities of mental health. Growing up in Hawaii and graduating from Mililani High School, Dave's early roots grounded him in a unique understanding of diverse populations.

Savannah Land is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over nine years of experience in the mental health field. She is wholeheartedly dedicated to offering quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Savannah approaches every interaction with a warm presence and a friendly, supportive demeanor, aiming to create a space where clients feel at ease from the very first meeting. Her gentle encouragement and genuine empathy reflect her deep-rooted passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. While Savannah brings her best to every session, she also believes in the power of small joys outside of work—like spending time with loved ones or simply savoring quiet moments of reflection. Ultimately, Savannah’s hope is that each person she meets walks away feeling understood, cared for, and supported on their journey toward greater well-being.

Raena is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals in need. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Portland and spent ten years as a nurse at The Queen's Medical Center. Inspired to make a difference in the field of mental health, she pursued her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Chaminade University, where she developed a deeper understanding of psychiatric care.

Born and raised on Oahu, Raena graduated from Pearl City High School and has a strong connection to her local community. She is passionate about working with underserved populations, including individuals facing homelessness and substance use challenges. Raena strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment for her clients, focusing on their growth and well-being.

Outside of her professional life, Raena enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places through travel. She has a special love for Japan, appreciating its beautiful culture, cuisine, and serene landscapes. Her approach to both life and work reflects her belief in the importance of meaningful connections and supporting others on their journeys.

Dr. Lisa Casados is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in trauma treatment and attachment theory for children and adults. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF:CBT), and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). She is also the owner of Healing Through Trauma, her private practice.

Janelle Ige is a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional whose work is grounded in a solid academic background and a commitment to client-centered care. She began her journey at Hawaii Pacific University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

Throughout her career, Janelle has focused on helping individuals navigate challenges such as grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. Drawing on her training in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative therapies, she tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs. By creating a safe, supportive environment, Janelle empowers clients to confront life’s most difficult moments and rediscover their inner strengths.

Janelle’s experience spans adults of all ages, and she also welcomes opportunities to work with children, adapting her methods to meet each client’s developmental stage and circumstances. Her commitment to providing empathetic, integrative care guides every aspect of her practice, reflecting her belief that everyone deserves the chance to heal, grow, and reach their full potential.

Kaye Capin has been in the medical industry for four years. She is passionate about supporting healthcare providers in their mission to improve patients' mental well-being. Her role involves ensuring that patients receive the care and attention they need to thrive.

Kaye enjoys working with individuals seeking to improve their mental health, believing that every patient deserves compassionate support and understanding. Her approach centers on creating a positive and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their experiences.

Having embraced the flexibility of remote work, Kaye values the extra time it allows for family and personal interests. In her free time, she enjoys karaoke, trying new foods, and playing with kids.

Justine holds a degree in Medical Biology. Her strong interest in and passion for healthcare inspired her to pursue a career in the field of mental health. With over a year of experience, she is proud to contribute her skills at Fields Psychiatric Consultants. In her role, Justine focuses on supporting both providers and patients by managing patient inquiries and addressing the clinic’s operational needs to ensure a seamless experience for everyone.

Dedicated to fostering a supportive and compassionate environment, Justine strives to make every patient feel heard, valued, and cared for—from their first call to follow-up appointments, and throughout their journey with FPC.

Outside of work, Justine enjoys spending quality time with her dogs, immersing herself in a good book, and seeking out thrilling, adrenaline-pumping adventures

Hi, my name is Nicole! I am an administrative assistant here at Fields Psychiatric Consultants. I love being able to help our patients with anything they may need. I am so thankful and fortunate to have joined the team and be able to make a small difference at this practice.

In my free time, I enjoy going out and trying new places, restaurants, cafes, etc.  I also love spending time with my family and our five fur babies.
