She began her journey at Hawaii Pacific University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, and later obtained a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

Drawing on her training in psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative therapies, she tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs.
