Raena is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals in need. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Portland and spent ten years as a nurse at The Queen's Medical Center. Inspired to make a difference in the field of mental health, she pursued her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Chaminade University, where she developed a deeper understanding of psychiatric care.
Born and raised on Oahu, Raena graduated from Pearl City High School and has a strong connection to her local community. She is passionate about working with underserved populations, including individuals facing homelessness and substance use challenges. Raena strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment for her clients, focusing on their growth and well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Raena enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places through travel. She has a special love for Japan, appreciating its beautiful culture, cuisine, and serene landscapes. Her approach to both life and work reflects her belief in the importance of meaningful connections and supporting others on their journeys.
